PTK

For those not in the know and wish to know, PTK stands for Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan. It is an evaluation that every civil servant (those of us who work for the govt) has to undergo. I sat for mine yesterday and it was not an experience I cherish. The exam itself is just plain silly and I wish they would abolish the silly exam. Give us things which are applicable to our daily work. Bah!!!!
