I don't understand how some people can be so unprofessional that they get rid of effective staff just because they are not secure in the position they are in. It is a sad thing when someone who claims to be a professional allows personal grudges or envy or insecurities to break up a good team. Are such people so threatened that they become such small people?
Well, they will eventually learn, to their own peril, that breaking up a good team only spoils things and destroys whatever teamwork that some have worked so hard to achieve. We shall wait and see how things will turn out.
